3 Tips For Sticking to Your Exercise Program
As a health and fitness coach, I see a lot of people start a workout program, and not finish it. The #1 challenge most people face is staying motivated. I know the struggle - I face it too sometimes!
Even though I love the benefits of exercise and how I feel after a workout, I'm still not always excited to get it done. Over the years I've found several tricks that help keep me motivated and disciplined, and I'm sharing a few of those with you here.
They are especially helpful for a home workout/gym, but you can really apply them to anything!
These little tweaks have not only worked wonders for me, but my clients have found great success with them too.
