One of My Favorite Shake Recipes
I often get asked for recommendations on shake recipes...so I made you guys a video! There are SO MANY recipes I could easily call many "my favorite", but I do tend to make this one quite a bit. You can screenshot the full recipe at the end.
I usually have my shakes in the morning for breakfast because they're quick, easy, and I can take it on the go. They give me a great boost to start my day. However, I will occasionally make them for a mid-day snack or at night as a healthy alternative to dessert.
